LE DOGME constitue le premier album connu de L'Ordre de l'Infiniment Nada, un collectif à géométrie variable dont la musique méditative et les rituels d'écoute profonde s'inscrivent dans la tradition plusieurs fois millénaire du folklore électronique des nadaïstes de la mer de Champlain.

LE DOGME is the first known recording by L'Ordre de l'Infiniment Nada, a music collective preserving the ancient sounds and rituals of the electronic folklore of the Nadaists of the Champlain Sea. This is a slow unraveling sound artefact rooted into deep listening.

The recording of this album could not have been possible without the sonic wisdom of Dr. Drone. His keen sense of detail and meditative approach allowed for an ambiophonic display of wizardry which we can only bow to. The oceans of sound were mixed by his expert hands and ears at Concordia University inside the Mothership.

Through the Pistillum Jamala ceremony, the Nada Godmother would like to express her deepest compassion and warm thoughts to Albert “Dronemaster” Chambers, who permitted this recording to happen in his BaseBin Cathedral studio on 24 November 2018, in Montreal.

The sounds heard on this recording are all produced by synthesizers (the abbreviated form, “synths”, is sometimes used), which are electronic musical instruments that use operational amplifiers, integrated circuits, and potentiometers to generate sound.
